1. Can you fully realize our design?
We have professional program designers, engineers and artists with full capability to take a sketch brief or engineering designs right through from development to production, all done in house by our team of trained, experienced and fully qualified staff.
2.Can you provide samples?
Samples are accepted according to your needs. Of course, the sample/ freight should be paid due to the high value of our product .
3.What is your minimum order quantity?
The MOQ is 20pcs.
4.What is your delivery date?
If our standard items, it will take about 7~14 working days after receiving your payment and confirming all the details.
If OEM/ODM, according to the order quantity.
6. How to get the right solution with right price?
When you send inquiry, pls kindly send the following information together:
A. How much litres of water are there in your poor or bathtub.
B. Water temperature before cooling and after cooling you expected?
C. Cooling time you expected?
D. The voltages and frequency of your electricity.
7. How to choose a right machine?
If you have an experience in using this chiller, you could choose according to the specification used now.
If not, please let us know the above information, we will suggest you the suitable model.
8. How would i know if your ice bath chiller is compatible with my existing bathtub or pool? Is it easy for me to install?
It's easy to install and operate, and also simply use your existing bath or any tubs/pools will work.
